Founder Jeff Richter began flipping houses in 2000, gaining hands-on experience in construction, renovation, and real-estate transformation long before forming the company. What started as a passion for improving homes became a full-service remodeling company built on trust, quality, and customer-first values.
Today, with over 40 years of combined team experience, Riccon Construction is known for craftsmanship, accountability, and a genuine commitment to doing the job right.

Jeff Richter has been in the construction and remodeling industry since 2000. After seven years flipping houses and mastering residential construction, he founded Riccon Construction in 2007 with a mission: deliver quality, care, and transformation to homeowners and businesses throughout the region.
Known for his honesty, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused approach, Jeff ensures every project is handled with transparency and professionalism. He enjoys guiding clients through the entire process, from concept to completion, and takes pride in creating functional, beautiful spaces.
Outside of work, Jeff is a father of two, a first-time grandfather, and a long-time member of the Northwest community. He values relationships, family, and building a company where clients feel respected and supported every step of the way.

Jon Faulconer is the operational backbone of Riccon Construction, bringing precision, discipline, and a relentless commitment to quality. With a strong background in commercial construction, Jon joined Riccon in 2010, strengthening the company’s systems, scheduling, and project management while maintaining the personal service of a local contractor.
Known for leadership, craftsmanship, and transparent communication, Jon ensures every project is executed efficiently and to the highest standards. He thrives on turning ideas into functional, lasting spaces and guiding teams to deliver results clients can trust.
Outside of work, Jon is an outdoorsman and a dependable problem solver, valued by colleagues, friends, and family for his knowledge, calm confidence, and hands-on approach. His operational expertise and leadership continue to shape Riccon Construction into a trusted, respected remodeling company.
